ABOUT REBECCA

I help DRIVEN women stuck in unfulfilling 9-5 jobs build VA businesses that give them control over their time, income, and lives.

FEATURED IN

Everything changed when I realized the VA industry wasn’t built for freedom.

So, I created a whole new way to do itβ€”one that allows you to create a life of your own design.

I’m the kind of woman who had the audacity to do things differentlyβ€”and now I’m here to help you do the same.

So when I was done with corporate life, I made the decision to start my Virtual Assistant business.

At first, I followed all the standard industry advice. But as time went on, I realized the traditional strategies were setting me up for failure. They weren’t sustainable, and they definitely weren’t giving me any of the freedom I was promised. I couldn’t help but wonder, Will my VA business ever give me the life I know I’m meant for?

I almost gave up. I even called my old boss to ask for my job back. But instead, I went back to the drawing board and rebuilt my business from the ground up. A few months later, I was on track for my first six-figure year, working just 28 hours a week with a handful of dream clients.

And that’s when the Freedom VA Framework was born.

I don’t just help you start a VA bizβ€”I teach you the skill of entrepreneurship, help you build something sustainable, and show you all the ways you can design a business [and life] that works for you.

Around here, we beileve…

Virtual Assistants are not β€œjust assistants.”

They are right-hand womenβ€”integral partners who drive the growth and success of the online business industry.

You need to love your businessβ€”not recreate another 9-5.

Your business should give you freedom and joy, not feel like another grind. It’s about building something that works for you.

VAs are NOT low-paid task doers.

They are high-value, strategic partners who deserve to be respected, well-paid, and recognized for their contributions.

Honesty and real talk are the foundation of growth.

We’re not here for sugarcoating or fluffy tips. Real success comes from being honest about where you are, where you’re going, and what it takes to get there.

Success comes from doing things differently.

Following the crowd won’t set you apart. The real magic happens when you have the audacity to break the rules and build a business on your terms.

I knew i was different, so I did something different.

I knew i was different, so I did something different. --

Let’s start at the very beginning.

I was never supposeD to be a virtual assistant

Like you, I was ready for something different. I did what I was taught would lead to successβ€”climbed the corporate ladder, worked hard, and got the promotions. But when I finally left corporate life to start my own Virtual Assistant business, I realized something: the advice out there wasn’t built for women like us.

β€œPost on Instagram every day, take any client who’ll pay you, and just keep bringing on more and more clients.”

That’s what everyone said I had to do. So, I tried it. And guess what? It didn’t work.

I was working nonstop, barely making enough to cover my bills, and wondering if I’d made a huge mistake. I even called my old boss to ask for my job back. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t the problem.

The problem was the way I’d been taught to do things.

So I decided to do it differently.

I rebuilt my business from the ground up. No Instagram, no overworking, no low-paying gigs.

And in a few months, I was on track for my first six-figure year, working just 28 hours a week with a handful of dream clients. And the Freedom VA Framework was born.

But here’s the thing: I didn’t figure this out just for me.

For the past two years, I’ve been helping women like you do the sameβ€”build businesses you’re proud of, work with clients who value you, and finally create a life that you love every single aspect of.

The Freedom VA Framework isn’t just about starting a VA business. It’s about building something sustainable, something that works for you, and something that lets you take back control of your time and income.

If you’re ready to get started, I’m here to show you how.

the inside scoop…

Drinking: A flat white with oat milk to start the day, way too much water to keep it going, and ginger honey kombucha when I need a little pick-me-up. By evening? It’s all about a shaken classic margaritaβ€”because why not keep it classy and fun?

Can’t live without: My heated blanketβ€”it’s a lifesaver while living in the van, keeping us warm no matter how cold it gets outside. And getting my nails done? Absolute non-negotiable. Whether I’m in a van or an apartment, my nails have to be done at all times.

Dream destination: Egypt. It’s been on my bucket list forever, and we were so close to going before plans fell through. Now I’ve got hundreds of Instagram videos saved of all the places I want to visitβ€”and I’m ready to make it happen.

Reading: I’m always rotating between fiction and nonfiction. Right now, it’s The Midnight Library, Perfect Couple, Buy Back Your Time, and The Let Them Theory. A little escape, a little strategyβ€”best of both worlds.

Listening: I’m all about podcasts right nowβ€”I start and end my day with them. My current lineup includes Hidden Brain, Stuff You Should Know, The Mindset Mentor, Canadian True Crime, The Daily, and Unexplainable. As for music, it’s a mix of jazz hop, lo-fi, ’90s hip-hop, reggae, Drake, and Enrique Iglesias. Basically, anything that isn’t country.

Daily rituals: After reading The 5am Club, I started waking up earlier and committing to a morning routine. I’ll admit, I don’t hit it every morning, but when I skip it, I feel off all day. My routine includes 20 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of exercise, and 20 minutes of reflection or educationβ€”it’s a non-negotiable (most of the time).

Watching: I’m wrapping up Squid Games 2 (and yes, it’s better than the first season). Last month, I watched Wild Robotβ€”a movie that had me crying way too much and will forever live rent-free in my heart. I’m also trying to cut back on screen time this yearβ€”it’s one of my 2025 goals.

Current hobby: Planning how to ship our van to Europe in 2026, mapping out the vision for the off-grid luxury eco-resort my husband Christian and I are building, and visiting as many spas as possibleβ€”for research purposes, of course.

Weekend plans: You’ll usually find me with friends or family, checking out art galleries, museums, or escape rooms, hiking somewhere beautiful, and definitely eatingβ€”because what’s a weekend without good food?

See What’s Possible

Imagine leaving your corporate grind behind and building a six-figure, freedom-based VA businessβ€”without Instagram content, a website, or niching down. It’s not just possibleβ€”it’s already happening for women just like you. I’ve shared this strategy in Business Insider and have watched my students celebrate life-changing wins.

I know it’s possible for you too.
